Tarragon (Origin: Caspian Sea, Siberia)
Did you know that a single plant of Tarragon will supply the average family with all they will need (multiple plants will supply the neighborhood)? Use the tender top leaves as you need them and trim back the leafy top of the plant to encourage “bushing”.
