Becoming an Eco Garden Systems Distributor or Dealer

Eco Garden Systems (EGS) is focused on building gardening skill across multiple channels and end users. Whether consumers who enjoy their backyard or businesses who want/need to grow the best herbs and vegetables possible, we strive to help everyone find more enjoyment in gardening. Our goal is to sell directly to end users – to consumers through our E-Store and to businesses through our direct sales force or through the E-Store.

We have been asked many times: “What do I need to do to become a distributor or dealer of the Eco Garden line of products?” While this is not our main focal point, we are interested in exploring relationships with distributors and dealers who are focused on helping end users find the joy in growing their own food. To that end, here are some guidelines on what we look for in potential partners:

Can I Be A Distributor? A distributor is defined as someone who sells to dealers or who works in the landscape architect space and will include Eco Garden System products in their designs and marketing materials.

Yes – if you can commit to the following:

  • Commit to selling 60+ garden units (either our Original Garden or our Backyard Garden) annually – this number may change depending on geography desired
  • Be comfortable with a well-defined sales geography and make sure you only pursue sales within that geography
  • Be willing to only utilize EGS marketing messages and approved materials (we do allow some customization for you to properly market your business)
  • Agree to an indemnification and hold harmless agreement
  • Abide by our pricing policies and collaborate on pricing strategies for your market
  • Include EGS products in all end-user marketing
  • Feature our products on your website – but agree not to offer these products in competition with the EGS E-Store unless this has been included in the Distributor Agreement
  • Review our Distributor/Dealer Agreement

Can I Be A Dealer? A dealer is defined as a retail/B2C or end-user (read as Consumer) focused outlet that sells multiple product lines for the home, lawn & garden or outdoor markets.

Yes – if you can commit to the following:

  • Commit to selling 20+ garden units (either our Original Garden or our Backyard Garden) annually per defined retail outlet
  • Display a working model of the garden on your property (we sell display units at an extreme discount to as a way to help you sell) and maintain the garden and the plants in a professional manner
    • Regularly send photos of your garden for use on our website and on social media (we will provide proper reference so consumers can find your location)
    • Provide feedback on growth and performance that will help us improve our product line
  • Be willing to only utilize EGS marketing messages and approved materials (we do allow some customization for you to properly market your business)
  • Feature our products in all social and digital marketing messages
  • Agree to an indemnification and hold harmless agreement
  • Abide by our pricing policies and collaborate on pricing strategies for your market
  • Include EGS products in all end-user marketing
  • Feature our products on your website – but agree not to offer these products in competition with the EGS E-Store unless this has been included in the Distributor Agreement
  • Review our Distributor/Dealer Agreement
