Parsley (Origin: Mediterranean)
Did you know that Parsley seeds take quite a while to germinate? For this reason, we recommend “chitting” Parsley seeds – placing new seeds on a paper towel, lightly spraying with water and placing on a sunny windowsill to speed up germination. When the root begins to emerge, plant root side down in loose, well-worked soil.
